Wahapy has a freight service to all countries around the world. Our policies are coherent, clear and specific. When purchasing, please note the following terms and conditions:
1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
All customers who buy products at Wahapy have the need for direct home delivery.
FORM OF APPLICATION:
2.1. Free delivery: Free delivery within the inner districts of Ho Chi Minh City – applied to orders of VND 10.000.000 or more
2.2 Charged delivery: In addition to the above free shipping cases, the remaining cases will be charged according to the shipping fee table of the 3rd carrier or according to the fee table of Wahapy. This cost will be notified and confirmed by Wahapy with you before you make the payment and Wahapy sends the goods.
3. DELIVERY TIME:
Delivery time will be from 3-10 days by air and 15-45 days by sea (depending on the delivery address and means). In some objective cases, Wahapy may delay delivery due to force majeure conditions such as bad weather, unfavorable traffic conditions, vehicle breakdown on the way of delivery, problems during transportation . 4. RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPPING GOODS
The shipping service of Wahapy or designated by Wahapy will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of the goods during the transportation of goods from our warehouse to you.
It is your responsibility to inspect the goods upon receipt. When detecting damaged, scratched, broken, dented, or wrong goods, sign to confirm the condition of the goods with the delivery staff and immediately notify the Customer Care Department via the hotline: + 84 919 739 589 provided by Wahapy.
After you have signed to receive the goods without making any notes or comments about the goods. Wahapy is not responsible for the return requests for damage, scratches, broken, dented, wrong goods, from you later.
If the shipping service is designated and selected by you, you will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of the goods during the transportation from Wahapy to you. Customer will be responsible for freight and related losses.
5. OTHER CONDITIONS
Free delivery policy does not apply to additional costs: tolls, entrance fees, or parking fees at the apartment, paid by the customer. Wahapy only ships the goods to the correct recipient that the customer has registered when making a purchase. During the delivery process, if there is an unclear change of recipients, Wahapy has the right to refuse delivery and ask customers to pick up the goods at the location designated by Wahapy.
If the delivery address is not clear, located in the alley, or in dangerous places, mountainous areas, difficult transportation, Wahapy has the right to refuse to transport, deliver and deliver the goods directly
In case of force majeure, due to natural disasters, floods, damage to ferry bridges, etc., Wahapy is not responsible for compensation for damage arising from delivery of goods on time or failure to deliver goods to the destination as agreement with the customer
In case Wahapy has shipped the goods to the delivery location as agreed upon at the time of purchase, but for some reason, the customer requests to return the goods, the customer must bear the cost of reverse shipping according to the prescribed fee schedule by Wahapy
For heavy and bulky products that need to be transported to the floor without an elevator, please support the shipping unit.
During special days or Festivals due to limited general traffic policy (no roads for some vehicles…) delivery time may change, Wahapy will call customers to agree delivery time.
