I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

In order to ensure the interests of consumers, improve the quality of after-sales service, Wahapy will support you to change a new product of the same type if the product has a problem that cannot be fixed immediately (due to the fault of the manufacturer). Products can only be exchanged when the following conditions are fully met.

II. CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION:

Products can only be exchanged within a period of 1 day from the time of delivery

The product must have Wahapy’s or manufacturer’s seal intact.

The product is determined to have a technical defect by the employees of Wahapy or the manufacturer.

The returned product must be in its original packaging, styrofoam and full accessories attached, promotional gifts (if any)…

The returned product is not defective in appearance (damaged, changed in weight, etc.)

The product when received back must have all accompanying documents such as (purchase voucher, VAT invoice, warranty card, manual, catalog …)

II. CASES NOT ACCEPT REFUND:

You want to change the type, model but do not notify Wahapy in advance

Failure to use the product in accordance with the instructions may cause damage to the product.

It is you who affect the external condition of the product such as tearing the packaging, scratching, scratching, breaking, etc.

The product has been checked and signed by you to confirm the status, but then you request to return the goods due to defects in appearance (scratches, dents, yellowing, broken …).

IV. EXCHANGE PROCEDURE PROCEDURES:

You directly contact Wahapy. After receiving a Certificate of Condition with the content of damaged goods that cannot be immediately repaired, the exchange will be made in accordance with the regulations of Wahapy and the manufacturer.

The process of handling exchange or return procedures is carried out within 1 (one) day from the date of receipt of sufficient information and documents as prescribed from the customer.
